About Brookes Illustration
Having studied at Exeter college of art and design in the 80s, I worked in a variety of design agencies over the passed 20 years on such accounts as Barclays, Box Brewery, C&G, Macmillan, Co-op, National Geographic, Amnesty International and the International Fund for Animal Welfare to name a few. Illustration has always been a valuable resource in helping solve clients briefs. Now living in Cheltenham, England, it has only taken me 3 years to finally get a site up and running to help promote something I've loved for a lifetime.
The samples shown are from past commissions to the present day for Commercial, non Commercial and personal projects in a variety of conventional medias including oils, water colour, and inks, to digital process and print.
No matter what the process, I've always loved the connection between the image and the media in which it has been created, and the mood and intimacy it evokes.
We are able to take on projects both large or small, working to a brief or if required, help you arrive at a brief.
